Dental Fees

Church Langley Dental aim to provide you with transparent, written treatment costs.

 

Private Fees  | Want to use Dental insurance?

On a day to day basis, we are used to dealing with all the major providers and can give you all the necessary paperwork in order to claim back the cost of treatment from your insurance company.

For non-exempt / paying NHS patients:

NHS treatment is categorised into three bands. Charges apply to courses or treatment rather than each individual item or visit. Additional treatment is provided cost free if it is in the same band (or less) and within two months of completing a course of treatment.

We accept NHS patients where eligible. NHS treatments are charged per band, not per visit.

  • Emergency
    Urgent Treatment £27.90

    Treatment deemed necessary to alleviate toothache when not under a course of treatment.

  • Band 1£27.90

    Dental examination, X-rays if needed, scale and polish if clinically necessary, oral healthcare advice, and some fissure sealants.

  • Band 2£76.60

    All Band 1 items plus fillings, root canals, tooth extractions, and wisdom tooth extractions.

  • Band 3£332.10

    All Band 1 and 2 items plus any laboratory work — crowns, bridges, inlays, dentures, and some treatments for missing teeth.

Feature One

You may be exempt from your dental charges if either you or your partner, receive either:

• Income Support 
• Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance, or
• Guarantee Pension Credit, or
• you are named on a valid HC2 certificate.

Partial help : If you hold a valid HC3 certificate, you might get some help towards the cost of your NHS dental treatment. The certificate tells you how much you will have to pay.

NOT COVERED ON NHS ARE :

Dental implants, tooth Whitening, cosmetic dentistry.

Please ask for private treatment cost.

Church Langley Dental Practice will provide you with a written individual treatment plan cost prior to treatment. Should any treatment plans require modification as treatment progresses, you will be informed by the dentist and the plan amended in writing accordingly.

As it is vital to us that you fully understand all aspects of your treatment and costs, please ask our staff if you require further explanation / clarification of any issue.
